Does anyone know of an understanding nonconfirming home lone lender in Queensland?
I was bankrupt 4 1/2 years ago and lost my half of the house to ITSA. My husband still has his share of the 1/2 equity in the house. He is however unemployed at the moment. I alone am able to pay our current mortgage but ITSA want 42 000 to put the house back into our names. Because my husband is unemployed and I don’t earn a really high income it seems impossible to get a loan. Does anyone know of anyone who could help? I’m willing to go with a personal loan for the money if anyone knows of where I could get one of those? Can ITSA sell the house from under us even though it is still 1/2 in my husbands name. So gratefuly for any help. My husband is looking for work.
